Make A Difference

Help build a brighter future in Kojokpere, Ghana.

The CUxEL Global Impact Project is bringing Carolinas credit unions together to fund a computer lab that will provide students with access to technology, digital literacy and new educational opportunities.

The project will help equip two schools serving more than 650 students in Kojokpere, Ghana, and neighboring communities where access to computers is very limited.

Why It Matters

• 657 students attend the two schools in Kojokpere.
• Students from eight surrounding communities also rely on these schools.
• The region currently has little to no access to computer technology.
• A computer lab will create lasting educational opportunities while helping students thrive in their own community.

The Goal

Between now and September, raise $6,000 to help provide sustainable educational technology ($3,500 via fundraising efforts; $2,500 through the Foundation’s donation match). View the informational flyer to learn more about the project.
