League Housing Process
The Carolinas Credit Union League is headquartered at the Embassy Suites and Conrad, both three blocks from the Washington Convention Center. Book your rooms now through CCUL's GAC Attendee Housing page; Password: Atlantic2025 (case sensitive). Please refer to the detailed reservation procedure below. Please read the following instructions carefully prior to booking
To make a reservation:
- Click Carolinas Housing Link and enter the password Atlantic2025 (case
sensitive)
- Select the hotel you would like (if your block has more than one).
- Create a password for each reservation to secure credit card information.
- Select your arrival/departure dates.
- Enter payment information. A major credit card is required for ALL reservations at the time of booking. Credit cards will not be charged at the time of the reservation.
- Reservations may be booked as individuals or groups (max 10 rooms per group)

Reservations, Cancellations and Changes—Key Dates
- Friday, December 20, 2024: Reservations cancelled on or before this date will not be charged a cancellation fee of one night’s
room and tax.
- Thursday, December 21, 2024: Reservations cancelled after this date will be subject to one night’s room and tax cancellation fee per room.
- Friday, January 17, 2025: All league housing must be entered into the housing system.
- Thursday, February 13, 2025: All reservations, changes and cancellations must be made with the Housing Bureau by this date, by 4:30 p.m. (EST).
- February 14 - 18, 2025: During this timeframe the Housing Bureau will transfer reservation information to hotels. No changes can be made during this time.
- February 19, 2025: As of this date, all changes and cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. In addition, all cancellations are subject to a fee equal to one night’s room and tax paid
to the hotel.
Keep in mind: you can release rooms back into general inventory at any time if you find you are not going to need all of your rooms. Releasing rooms prior to the cutoff date helps others obtain the GAC group rate for their reservations.
Waitlists
An individual must have a current hotel reservation through onPeak in order to be eligible to submit a waitlist request. Should rooms become available that meet their request, a member of the onPeak team will notify that person no later
than February 14, 2025. Please note that any changes after February 14th may result in a cancellation fee for the original hotel booked!
